The Conference Fee:

• €320 before January 25, 2009
• €420 after January 25, 2009.

The conference fee includes:

• access to all sessions of the International Mining Forum and School of Underground Mining 2009 (incl. UNECE International Workshop),
• access to all sessions accompanying events (incl. artistic performances, Mining Gala with banquet, Closing Party),
• proceedings (published by CRC Press / BALKEMA), full board.

The registration doesn't include:

• accommodation, breakfasts,
• field trips.
  

Cost of a field trip:

• Hard coal mine - €40
• Wieliczka Salt Mine - €60

All prices are inclusive of VAT tax. Tax invoices will be issued to all delegates.

Please note that delegates will only be permitted to attend the IMF 2008 of their registration fees have been paid.

Cancellation

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received before January 25, 2009. No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after January 25, 2009. The International Mining Forum 2009 Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel the conference if fewer that 16 registrations are received.
