Deposit Development Plan (PZZ) accepted by Local Mining
Council in Lublin, application to Minister of Environmental Protec-
tion for concession for mining in the new mining area.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk visits Stefanow.

solemn cutting of the ribbon in Stefanow due to launching the
Field with the presence of Minister of State Treasury A. Grad and
vice-minister T. Żuk. Lublin Archbishop J. Życiński blessed the
facilities.

Re-start of shaft 2.1 deepening after skip hoist pocket is made.

Finalizing of shaft 2.1 deepening at the depth of 1097 m.

A decision no. 5/2009 to grant concession for coal exploitation
from „Bogdanka” deposit from seams 382, 385/2, 389 and 391 in
Puchaczów V area issued by Minister of Environment on 6th April
2009. The concession is valid to 31

December 2031.

Beginning of exploitation of workshop and warehouse building
in Stefanow.

Beginning of quoting new emission of Lubelski Węgiel „Bogdan-
ka” S.A. stocks in Warsaw Stock Market.The funds are meant to
be used for development of Stefanow field. Over 500 million zlo-
tych were acquired for investments.

Anagreement for construction of coalhaulage from Stefanow to
Bogdanka was signed.
04.2010
Construction of hoisting machine building for shaft 2.1 in Ste-
fanow is finalized.
06.2010
An agreement with Mostostal Warszawa for expansion of Coal
Processing Plant in Bogdanka was signed.

Development works for the first longwall in Stefanow field are fi-
nalized (longwall no. 7/VII in seam 385/2, 300-meter-long and with
panel length exceeding 5 km).

2nd stage of modernization is finined and the remaining part of
Work Safety complex in Stefanowi is ready for use.

Central airconditioning in Stefanow field is launded.
