After 15.01.2015 - normal conference fee: Participant Form

CONFERENCE FEE

1. Special registration fee for the authors ("Early Birds" registration) 500 Euro if payment received before 01.15.2015. Accomodation in a double room.

2. Normal conference fee 600 Euro if payment received after 01.15.2015. Accomodation in a double room.

Extra charge for accomodation in a single room: 100 Euro

The conference fee includes:

Accommodation and meals at the hotel QUBUS during 23-27.02.2015, conference materials, participation in a trip to a coal mine, participation in live music concerts and in three receptions as well as in the evening social gathering in the J. Slowacki theater.

CONFERENCE LANGUAGE

The official language of the conference is English. The presentations of the authors will be simultaneously translated into Polish.
